Office on Violence Against Women (OVW)

The Office on Violence Against Women, part of the U.S. Department of Justice, provides national leadership in developing policies, programs, and services that address domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. OVW administers federal grants and supports coordinated community responses to gender‐based violence.

National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA)

NOVA is the oldest national organization dedicated to championing victims’ rights and providing training, advocacy, and crisis response services. It supports victim assistance professionals and offers resources for survivors navigating trauma and recovery.

National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC)

NSVRC is a leading national resource for sexual violence prevention, offering research, training, statistics, and educational materials. It supports advocates, prevention specialists, and communities working to end sexual violence.

National Alliance to End Sexual Violence (NAESV)

NAESV is the national public policy voice for state and territorial sexual assault coalitions. It advocates for survivor‐centered legislation, federal funding, and systemic reforms to prevent and respond to sexual violence.

Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN)

RAINN is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization, operating the National Sexual Assault Hotline and providing support, education, and advocacy for survivors.

Futures Without Violence

Futures Without Violence works to end violence against women and children through education, advocacy, and innovative programs.
